Friday 20th September 7.30pm (Culture Night) Bray Town Hall

Our Culture Night launch this year will include “Shirley McClure – A Celebration”, with readings from the Bray poet’s posthumous collection: Origami Doll (Arlen House, 2019) by Philip Beck. We will have music from Mood Swings – the wonderfully harmonic Bray trio, as well as short fiction and poetry from young writers from Fighting Words, Glencree, along with members of the Irish Writers’ Centre’s “New Irish Communities” group. Winners of our flash fiction and poetry competitions will also be announced on the night!
